There are a number of methods which we use to print on 100% cotton t shirts. Typically the most common and well method is silk or screen printing in which we expose a stencil of your design and then use plastisol ink to print on the garments. Using high temperature to cure the ink in the final stage gives a printed t shirt with a quality finish to last many washes.

Transfer printing using vinyls is another method for t shirt printing which is ideal for smaller runs to avoid any additional set up charges. Its perfect if you want a quick text printing on tee shirts in a limited colour choice. The washability is also very good in vinyl printing.

Sublimation printing on t-shirts is another method in our tool set when the number of pieces is small in the order and the colours in the artwork is more than 3. The benefit of sublimation is that you can get a full colour artwork printed on polyester t shirt without paying any screen set up charges per colour.
